What is Confidence Boosting Counselling? Confidence boosting is a form of counselling, which allows you to feel empowered, feel great in your body and helps you to really appreciate you are.
Confidence boosting can be done on a one to one basis or with couples. You describe your problem and I listen and relay what you have just said back to you. You actively listen and you then decide if what you heard me say is what you meant.
This helps to bring the problem out of your head so you can hear it spoken out loud for the first time. This enables you to start focusing and working with it in a more active and motivated way.
